Looking for libraries addressing youth homelessness prevention

I'm interested in finding libraries that are actively engaged in addressing some aspect of youth homelessness. I'm particularly interested in any work you're doing related to prevention but would love to hear about any programs, resources, partnerships, etc. related to this topic.
