Hi!

What does everyone use to secure their branded tablecloths for outdoor events? Please send links if possible. I want some quality clips of some kind for those windy days.

Good morning, 

I don't use the clips, I just tie it up nicely. 

And we hope to purchase the stretchy ones so we don't have to worry about them flying off.  

We also have long fitted to 6ft tables and those are very secure.

They come in several colors but we use black and just put our branded logo runner on the top. They are SO easy to clean and they don't wrinkle or blow away. It's one of the first changes I made when I started here 2 years ago and the trend has spread.

Great question and thanks for the links to the tablecloths. 

Does anyone have suggestions for literature holders that are impervious to the wind? I had a nice four-tier blow away a couple of weeks ago, scattering reading logs down Main Street.

For literature at events, we use clipboards for the giveaway copies and stand up one copy in an acrylic behind that clipboard. This is weather permitting....it if gets too windy, we use the clipboards only to display paper handouts.

On tablecloths, we use the stretchy kind as well that fit around the table feet. They not only stay put, they are washable!

We use fermentation weights for our paper handouts, thanks to a previous thread here! They weight about 7oz, which isn't a ton, but they've served us well here in windy Nebraska. Here's an example of what I'm referring to!
