Agreements/Contracts for stops

[TDL Director]

Can I get a copy of agreements or contracts you have with your bookmobile stops.  We are just getting started and I want to make sure I have thought of all the things I might need when adding a new stop to the route.

I have attached a few different ones.  We have one for our Community Route, which can double for our Senior Services as well.  We have a preschool philosophy and expectaions.  The other two are letters that we give to parents for schools—One is for those that are recurring, and other is for one-off visits/schoool wide library card sign ups during the school day.  

We also have an online form https://www.ebrpl.com/bookmobile-request/  that patrons can request services through as well.

Here's ours. It's a little more general because we started out with a pop-up table full of books while we waited for our bookmobile, but that also kept it flexible the meaning of "mobile library services" to change.
