Dear Leaders,

On behalf of the MC team 2012/2013 I have an pure honour to send you compiled conference cycle that we would like to provide/secure for AIESEC in Bahrain. We are very excited to send it to you. We truly believe that realization of prepared and planed conference cycle can really benefit transition time but mostly growth of knowledge, development of skills of members of AIESEC in Bahrain.

It starts with a timeline to show it on a graph. Below you can find desrciptions: profile of delegates, FACIs and proposed timing.

Please don't hesitate to ask us questions.

Warm regards

Understood and it looks great, what I would like to see if the EB2EB transition conference's agenda would have a lot of input from the current EB in terms of reality of LC and so on. Other than that I see it as a strong cycle.

Thank you Filip for the awesome work :)

Regards

Dear Mahmood,

What you have mentioned is a valid point. No worries, because based on last year's EB2EB transition output, the MC felt that it could've been delivered in a better way if the MC also provided certain framework and objectives, however it will be 100% fitting each LCs needs no worries.

Dear Leaders,

Recently I was asked kinda good question. It was about conference cycle which we mentioned above in the post. So we compiled few changes. The only thing is changed is timing, not content. So be sure that future EBs will get what we promised.

Due to future MC application process and also timing of their appearance in the country, later than we thought finding new EBs we had to postpone a bit conferences.

So details:

1. Climb, delegates: EB elects, FACI: MC elects
dates: 21/22.06
2. DIVE3, delegates: EB elects, FACI: MC elects
dates: 3-6.07
3. EB2EB conference, delegates: EB elects, FACI: EB currents (agenda provided by MC).
dates: This conference depends on the agreement between EB teams. We only require to do it before DIVE3 as a must! We suggest to do it flexible, to divide content on 2-3 days with 5-7 hours a day.
Agenda will be sent soon to LCP currents.

MC2MC and MC planning definetely will take place before DIVE3, most probably during working days. Dates will be determined after knowing exact dates of joining MCVP iGCDP and coming MCVP Comm to Bahrain.

If you have any questions please ask.

PS when I opened the file I had a nice moment, I realised a progress of providing this conference cycle - NatCo and DIVE2 were succesfully provided :).
