We are participating in Bahrain Exhibition for Training and Education Pre Employment and as you can notice from the name it has leap written all over it!
Kindly check and fill the spreadsheet before May 11, 2013.
Please note the following pointers, so we will not repeat past mistakes:
1-promoters should punctual
2-promoters should be in formal. {boys: dress pants, shirt, (tie-optional) or traditional Bahraini attire. Girls: Dress, skirts, dress pants, shirt, or Abaya-traditional attire.}
3- Promoters can't cancel last minute
4- ALL LCs should contribute and fill the spread sheet.
5- Only qualified and trained promoters should be sent to the event.
6- VPs should follow up with promoters before, during and after the event.
7- COMM VPs attendance is mandatory.(not the whole event)
Also, this is a great opportunity if you would like to send your other VPs as all of the attendees are interesting stakeholders! For PROJECTS, BD and all to mingle around and create connections, yet again everyone should be in formal. Feel free to share the floor plan with them.
