[IMP] [URG] Gala Dinner Attendance

Dear Leaders, 

I hope this email finds you will 1000 realizations! 

Can you please urge your leaders and members to RSVP for the event as we really need to book the amount of chairs and food today and I personally don't want anyone standing on their feet or hungry on that day where we are all happy celebrating success. 

It's just that we are ONLY ordering food/chairs for the amount of people who are on the list as the MC is already subsidizing expenses to make this overall event more affordable for everyone so we can't really order extra things on the side just in case people showed up on the day - it is the LIST ONLY.

I heard rumors of EB members who are not attending, I hope they are not true. unfortunately the list of RSVP makes me think that they might be true :(
