[AAPINA-GERO] Disaster Preparedness and Older Adults

Hello,
Recently. there has been a series of major disasters in the US and
across the world. Many of us heard about the situation in Haiti and
the issues around health care. The most vulnerable groups in such an
event are often children, women, and older people. If you have
information on how older Haitians are doing, would you share it with
us. In particular, the challenges to providing geriatric nursing care
would be of greeat interst. we look forward to hearing from about it.
