Sign the petition to request CMS to remove speech generating devices (SGDs) from the capped rental rule at Change.org by clicking http://chn.ge/1pfl67f. The AAC Institute will be posting more information soon about the campaign against changes to SGD funding that will have a negative effect on Medicare beneficiaries who need augmentative and alternative communication systems and services. The AAC Institute wants to thank Chris Klein, President of USSAAC for volunteering to create the video for all AAC speakers explaining the petition.

Please take the time to see the powerful video that has been posted and then sign the petition. Future AAC users will lose their devices when put into a hospital and other facilities. How will they communicate their needs?!?!
