"So next year, the core team is going to be a little smaller while working with a leadership team (you!). We hope this way people will be more willing to take some form of leadership without needing to take on the responsibilities of core. As core, we will be having our own ministries as well as seeking vision and direction for the fellowship. The leadership team (this is you!) will not have to have this responsibility and be able put more attention and focus into your ministry!
