Nothing sinister, but I wanted to let you know that the first message
you post after joining will be moderated.

All others after that will not be.

This cuts down on spambots joining the group and polluting the
discussion spaces.

Thanks for your understanding.

Hoff,

I'm looking forward to watching the A6 Working Group progress. At the
moment, I don't have enough time to be an active member, but hope to
toss in something of value from time to time.

As for submitting my first message for moderation, and having just
seen the first two hours of The Prisoner, I will simply state that: I
am NOT a spambot. I am a free man.

Hey @beaker,

I will be here to learn more about the progress of this group. I hope
this message clears me out of the spambot trap :-)

Cheers!!

Morning all,

Did I miss something or is there an "A" missing?

"and" begins with an "A".

Andy, who also begins with one.

Good day all,
I look forward to working on this initiative with all of you and
praise the initial steps set fourth by Hoff and Co.

I am not a spambot either ;)

So what you are saying is we should post to get the first out of the
way in case we want our second post to not have to wait for
moderation? Good idea, and done.

To the best of my knowledge I am not a spambot. Of course if I were I
would have to deny it in order to be effective as a spambot. In fact I
might not even inform myself that what I was doing was spamming so I
could truthfully aver I was not a spambot. Hmm, that is a conundrum.
Am I or aren't I?

I may not be a spambot, but there's no guarantee I won't pollute the
discussion spaces anyhow.
