MATERIAL DIFFERENCES OF LOBBYING

This will be the foregoing reference to the major difference between
those who enter the political scene withe a badge that indicates they
are lobbyists. Basically, the ethics applied must follow that
expected for someone offering or entrusting information to office
holders.

If he/she goes in with the expectation of making a material offer,
such as buying into the goodwill and intelligence of the officeholder,
then it is not lobbying. A major difference from those offering true
and accurate information relative to a bill or situation.
