MY Future created in this SELP

1.Would be undergoing training to be a Forum Leader.
2.Working as staff in Leadership Education.
3.My company with whom I am working currently would have established on all  India level.
4..My company with whom I am working currently will have a strength of 150 staff.
5.My eco friendly green home is ready
6.My wife will be a Vice principal.
7.My daughter will be in MBBS
8.My son would have learnt 2 hobbies within 4 years.He is 6 now
9.The special School with whom I am associated with is supporting 500 children.
10 My dad will be nearing 80 & going strong with my Mom.
11.Will be creating a joint family with my younger brother.

Mallik had his project going great with more than 300 people witnessing his event at the phoenix mall this saturday. more than 25 differently abled performed at his even which had his community members numbering 20. 

The program was telecast on Samaya TV for almost ONE min. Navneet had organised the telecast.

Mallik has taken on to have this program done for a larger audience on 2nd december at the same place. let us wish him all the very best for the upcoming event.

Dear All,

Yesterday, 27^th Nov’12  I have visited a private school called GNANAMANDIRA MINORITY SCHOOL at Talagunda near Kolar (around 15 kms from Kolar towards H Cross). They are running a Kannada medium school from Nursery to 10^th Standard and over 350 children are studying. Myself and a friend visited to explore the possibility to expand their schooling to children with disability in an inclusive way( approach). My friend has been trying to negotiate with them and convince them. But they are not accepted. Every time they will say, we can consider future like that.

Yesterday I went to meet them without any pre occupied thinking or judgment, just with openness and given clearance my end and created a space to listen their world. The whole conversation took time from 11.30 am to 6.30 pm and had lot of interactions even during the lunch. First time they have authentically shared their difficulties and wish list. I supported them to create a bigger picture and take bigger game to play and doubled their reach without much financial burden. Also given few ideas to enhance quality of education and space for growth for students and teachers community both.  They have agreed and committed to extend their educational service to children with disability from coming academic year. Every conversation occurs to  Head Master and Secretary of the institution as an opportunity to build system, structure, expansion and improve the financial situation of the institution.  I applied the SELP distinction, Enrollment and Registration Conversation and I experience they have touched, moved and inspired. First time,  I experience this kind of conversation in my life. Thanks to community, coaches and Dr. Viji for this.

I have a good news I  had declared I want job by November got the job  will start work this Friday.

I had my Future meeting last Wednesday with my Coach Nanda she is Awesome she took me 5 years ahead

felt really great about my Future meeting thank you so much DR Viji and my Coach Nanda & community

we had a wonderful journey of 3 months feeling very sad to now we will not be meeting every Wednesdays.

our community was like good friends,more than family we share everything what happens in our life we trust each other

& share coaches will help us, you guys don't believe all this 3 months I had confidence Dr Viji is with us we can face any thing in our life

I hope we will have same confidence in our future life Viji truly we miss you ,
