I AM VERY HAPPY AS  WE DID HYSTERECTOMY OF 16WKS SIZE FIBROID UTERUS  OF A WOMAN WITH RV + ve  WHO WAS SUFFERING PAIN ABDOMEN AND HEAVY BLEEDING  SINCE 15YRS

Dear Vivek,
HYSTERECTOMY means removal of uterus.If fibroids are detected the usual procedure is HYSTERECTOMY. The fibroids can turn malignant & turn into cancer.It is critical surgery  since lot of blood loss happens.HYSTERECTOMY cases has gone up these days.
Dr.Viji,Dr.Nalina,Dr.Rajkumar any mistakes?

Group is causing miracles.. Awesome...

Would also like to share one event finalization in my company, where i could make CSR committee(social committee in my comp) to organize event for raising fund for cancer.. and its happening on 6th Nov.

Classroom 2.1 has lightening me on how would my project move.. lot of things opened up.. All those struggles gone..


One more thing would like to share.. my project recently got closed and as of now we are working on migration of data from one product to other.. which is very criticle.. Due to closure of project it was a panic situation among my team members who were worring abt their job.
I put forward this concern to my manager and he said already big bosses.. (VP and others) have communicated then why to worry.. and he didnt agree to again communicate.. 

But today suddenly he kept a meeting to communicate to team that there is nothing to worry.. I really felt good that when i just said him "U shud talk to team" he had shouted on me.. but later he did the same... Going beyond NO 

Well rest i am going to meet a photographer tomorrow and he is also ready to lead and drive the exhibition. 

Keep rocking ALL!!!
