Backed by Matrix Partners, we currently serve 100+ clients across India and are expanding at rapid pace. We are looking to hire more like minded people for our technology team (currently most of the team is from IIT Delhi). Our technology stack is based on Javascript (MEAN/Meteor), Python for scalable systems, ElasticSearch and Machine learning. Following two profiles are offered currently:

1. Python Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

We're looking for someone to play a major role in developing the scalable and performant social graph platform powering a pleothera of products. You should be able to write awesome 'pythonic' code.

REQUIREMENTS

• Familiarity with web frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Comfortable using schema-less datastores like MongoDB and redis.
• Familiarity with a graph DB technology is a plus.
• Familiarity with a distributed task processing system like Celery is an added point too.
• You should be familiarized with distributed version control systems like git.
• Strong understanding of Internet/web, scalable and high-performance web-based systems and web-related technologies.
• Experience with AWS / Google Compute Engine / Azure Cloud will be a plus.

2. Interaction Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibility is for the production, modification of web application’s user interfaces. This involves using semantic mark-up language i.e. HTML5/CSS3, to turn static Photoshop designs into working responsive browser based web pages. You’ll also work closely with server-side developers to implement their server-side code in order to develop complex, interactive and database driven product.

REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive knowledge in HTML5 and CSS3, including Webkit animation.
• Extensive knowledge in JavaScript/JQuery/Ajax.
  
• Experience or interest in:
  
  • Bootstrap 3
  • AngularJS
  • Sass
  • Responsive Design
  • Unit Testing (using Jasmine or similar framework
• Developing cross-browser and cross-platform compatible solutions
• Understanding of Web Services and Restful API’s 
• Experience working with git
• Knowledge of HTML Email best practice desirable
• Experience integrating with server-side code to produce dynamic pages
• Excitement about emerging web technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3
