The old werc package has been split into two pieces: rc-httpd and
werc. Both have been overhauled.

If your 9front system is current, the new packages should appear in
the output of pkg/list.

If not, the package files are available here:

To install manually, unpack the package files in /, then edit the
appropriate config files.
