ehci and ohci bios handover fixes

i need anyone with usb 2.0 controller to test the following
changes (not commited yet):

there is a bug in the smm bios takeover in ohci and ehci.
i made test iso and a kernel so you can test if this applies:

Thanks for this update, with the new build I am able to successfully install 9front to my Acer Aspire One A150.
