Wiki problem

Hi,

The project wiki appears to have had low limits set for its logging
table. We've hit them. What this means in practice is that editing and
uploading is not possible until things are sorted out at the O'Reilly
end, which will hopefully be later today.

Looks like the picture was stripped off of the email.. may have been too
