Restructured Contributions in Progress

Hi,

I have just updated the Contributions in Progress page to make the
current state of flow a little more visible:

If you appear to have edits pending, but don't recall having seen any
emails from me with suggestions, please let me know.

Also, a quick clarification on the resolution of photo or other image
for use with your bio: the designers at O'Reilly reckon 300x300 pixels
is the practical minimum. So if you have a low-res image, or an image
that is not square and from which a reasonable square shot of you
cannot be cropped, please update your photo or check with me.
