Instruction of a Management Company

Dear all,

At the meeting on Sunday evening, we decided to use a management company and chose St Andrews Bureau.  We also decided that they should start on 1 May.  I have been in touch with Colin at SAB to instruct and he has agreed to do it.

Now it's a matter of handing everything to Colin, who has already given me a list of items to prepare for him so that he can get started.  First on the list is details of all the lease holders.  I will need the following from everyone:

Full names on the lease

address (of person, not flat!)

phone number

email address
