Hi Monica,

I think the message you are referring to is from Colin who is now managing
our block. The solicitors for the sale of Flat 3 have been in touch with us
regarding this request. The buyers for flat 3 need to satisfy their lender
that they can participate in the freehold and need to know the price also.

I don't see any reason to not let them participate, but would be interested
in other's views.
