Proposed agenda 1. Car park: Discussion/resolution of the issues that
occurred during construction of the car park; car park size and ensuring
safe access to the front entrance of property 2. Use of a management
company to run the freehold company 3. Outstanding payments

We will discuss handing over the management of the freehold company to an
external service provider. Quotes by Cambridge Property management and SAB
will be emailed out by Heather and me at the beginning of next week. Your
comments are as always appreciated, please remember to send a proxy to the
meeting for your right to vote if you cannot attend in person.
