Lights at 93 Tenison Road

Dear All,

You may notice that the hallways are a bit brighter now at Six Steps.  I've been able to replace the bulbs and starters for the lights that were out.  I had purchased extra so if any lights go out, do let me know which ones and I will aim to fix as soon as possible.  

Also wanted to inform about the lights in the bike storage.  There are four fixtures.  The two on the left are broken and need replacing.  They are safe while the covers are on, but with the covers removed, they are cracking and coming down - so please don't touch or try to remove the covers.  They are not dangerous as they are now, so replacement is not urgent, but I did want to let you know the situation.  I will look into the cost of replacing them and we will discuss at the next meeting.  

The light on the right nearest the door is an emergency light.  If the lights go out, that one comes on, but otherwise is left off.  

Therefore the only lit light in the bike storage is the right side far corner.  This light comes on with the sensor which stays on for awhile.  It might come on when it's not really that dark - we can adjust the settings - perhaps first try to see if we can get it to come on only when it's dark and then maybe only for a couple of minutes.  

If anyone notices any outdoor lights not working, please let me know.  I'm not usually there at night to see.
