918 Club Volunteer Opportunities

The 3rd Annual Lancaster Letterpress Printers Fair will be held Sunday, October 11, 2015 from 10 am to 5 pm. This outdoor event will feature vendors and suppliers of letterpress equipment, foundry type, cards, posters, broadsides, ephemera, and more. Volunteer help is needed throughout the day to both run the museum and help at the fair. Please let me know if you will be able to help on the 11th. Free parking is available in the lot at BUiLDiNG CHARACTER and along the streets, no need to feed meters on Sunday.

 

The last merit badge workshop of 2015 is October 26th at 6pm in the Branch Building of Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology. The workshop is already completely filled with a waiting list. As well as Scouts from the local council, there will be boys from other councils and states. Your help at this event will help make this a memorable experience for the Scouts. Please let me know if you are coming to this workshop by replying to this email.
