I have DMOC 445 and AC24 motor. Have any of you experienced Chattering sound coming from DMOC controller when current draw goes up? Any solution?

Sorry Hemant, Haven't had that experience. Could it be coming from
the transmission?

I have the same motor and controller and noticed some jerkiness at
high current a while back. It went away when I tightened up the
battery connections. They weren't loose but an extra quarter turn on
the nuts fixed the high-current stuttering and also increased the max.
current by 10% or so.
I've had nothing but good experiences with Electro Automotive, but some of the folks in the group have not.
I am in the later, larger category.
I like their "upside Down" gauges though.
I also like the gauges they have made for them, although the "SOC" gauge is misleading in that it's not reflecting state of charge, but just voltage. But they do *look* nice.
I had plans initially for fancy instrumentation but in the end, simpler is better. You don't need all of that info to drive the car. A true SOC gauge would be better than the voltmeter, though.
