DMOC445/AC24 bringup

Hello

I am new to this group. I am working on 1972 Super Beetle EV
conversion using EA AC Conversion Kit. Using 12x 12V Batteries,
DMOC445 Controller and AC24 Motor.

I have completed installation of the kit. I have checked, rechecked
and verified correctness of Relay wiring - (Pin 14, 24, 20, 29, 1,
13, 3, 6, 28, 8, 19, 7, 35, 15, 5)

Implemented following changes:
Set EEXNolgnSwitch to 1
Cut Black wire in Power Mode Box

As I press the Accelerator, I see TorqueDesired value is varies with
it, PowerStageState changes from 1 to 3.
Batteries are fully charged (152V).
EE2NoAccelBat set to 128 V

For some reason, I can not get motor to spin. Any suggestions as to
what might I look at next ..................
