Good morning,

September 10th (4PM-7PM ET, QE II Memorial Garden Concert, 11 Hanover Square, Downtown NYC)
- This event is open to the public at no cost.
- To describe this event, I am sharing a post from CEO of the Garden and 9/11 family member Jonathan Egan; I hope it will inspire you to participate.
September 12th (2PM-7PM ET, Washington Market Park, 199 Chambers St., NYC)
September 19th (10AM-3PM ET): 9/11 Build-A-Thon w/Fuller Center’s Veterans Initiative (Yonkers, NY)
- Founded by Jim Killoran (former Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity), the Fuller Center for Housing of Greater New York has a special Veterans Initiative.
- EVENT DETAILS & VOLUNTEER RESPONSIBILITIES
- We have community work near 7 Moquette Row in Yonkers, NY. That is the community work of cutting the vines and overgrowth, planting gardens and flowers, building benches for 9/11 week for some of the firehouses has been requested.
- For attire, the main thing is to wear clothes people can possibly get dirty, close toed shoes etc. The workday is typically 10AM-3PM ET, and volunteers can participate as their schedule permits.
