Leaders that care

We meet a lot of leaders everyday. However, not all can move us.
According to John Maxwell, it's not so much about what our leaders
know, how intelligent they are. What matters most is how much they
care, about our needs, dreams, and desires.

These are the people who will not consider tampering the environment or
ecosystem they are entering in. They will focus on fulfilling what the
stakeholders want, tapping the strength of current leaders, rather than
what they want to achieve for themselves, disregarding the initial work
put in.
