> A. Event No 1 - 14th December - 
- > Cricket Match on sunday at the college ground. This would be picnic with some activities for ladies and children in the pavillion followed by a Dilli Ki Chaat type of lunch. 

B. Event No 2 - 20th December - 
- > 11.00 to 1 pm - The first event is a Heritage trip to the college in 5-10 batches of the various departments culminating in a packed lunch in the Guest House at 1300 hrs.
- > The program in the auditorium would start at 3.00 pm - trying to get Chetan Bhagat to speak. 

- > 4.00 pm Group Photograph with and without speaker.
- > 4.30 pm Hasya Kavi Sammelan or any other cultural programme/optional stage performance by our children.
- > 6.30 pm - Feliciatation of Golden Jubillee Batch
- > 7.30 pm - Felicitation of Teachers
- > 8.00 pm - Felicitation of our batch
- > 9.00 pm - Join DJ and Dance Floor outside which started at 8 pm. Fireworks.

C. Event No. 3 - 21st December - 
- > Sunday - We get together at the college at 10 am and make a departure in VOLVO Buses for A family outing with night stay for example at BEST WESTERN RESORT, MANESAR, which IS CONTRIBUTORY.

- > We have Lunch, Dinner & Breakfast at the hotel and start return journey by midday on 22nd December.

> II. The Contribution:

- > We all need to make a contribution of total of  Rs 25000/-  (Rs 20000/-FOR 20TH DEC plus Rs 5000/- for MIDCON 2013). 
- > The contribution for the night stay is :

 - Rs 5000/- on a twin sharing basis till 31st March 2014. 
>  - Rs 7000/- on a twin sharing basis after 31st March 2014 till 30th April 2014.
>  - Rs 10000/- on a twin sharing basis after 30th April 2014.
