As discussed telephonically, I am forwarding you the tentative programme, Sponsorship rates for souvenir, sessions etc, detail of account (as given below) for MID CON conference of MAMCOS. This is an event being organized by old students association of Maulana Azad Medical College at Maulana Azad Medical College, Auditorium, New Delhi on 31-3-2013.
The event includes sessions on Continuing Medical Education for doctors including specific sessions on Transplantation of Human Organs Act and Liver and Heart Transplantation. The event is likely to be attended by 300 to 400 doctors and faculty from MAMC, LNJP, GB Pant Hospitals including Maulana Azad Doctors working in other hospitals. In addition, eminent transplant surgeons of Delhi NCR namely Liver Transplant surgeons Dr. Vivek Viz, Dr. Puneet Dargan , Cardiologist Dr. Ashwani Mehta and Heart Transplant Surgeon Dr. Sanjay Shad are participating in the event.
You will appreciate the sponsorship rates are very nominal and you should have no problem. The Panacea Biotec is requested to consider sponsoring of at least Rs. 25000/ for the conference. You may put up your banners and/or stall during the conference. You are requested to send the contribution to:
