MIDCON 2013 4 Days to Go!

HAPPY HOLI TO ALL!! As you are aware, our silver jubilee function falls on 20th December 2014 and the annual midterm conference called MIDCON is organised by the batch a year earlier. This year our batch has the responsibility to organise the MIDCON 2013 which is scheduled for 31st March 2013. The latest programme is enclosed.
The MIDCON 2013 is now just 4 days away. As a Batch, we need to put up a good show and at present our collection for finances is extremely poor. The estimated expenses for this function include contribution from each of our 190 batch mates @ Rs 5000/- or $ 100.00 and sponsorships for talks and advertisements in Souvenir. At the moment we are severely short of funds since only 36 batch mates have as yet sent their contributions. We request all those who have yet not piad, to send their contribution immediately by way of cheque or bank transfer to the following account details:
