Planning has issued its comments, they may be found by accessing this

Process:
Now the onus is on the applicant to respond, the applicant may reply
to these Comments on Friday, a week from Friday, or a month from
Friday. In other words, the ball is in the applicant's court.

When the applicant submits its Response to these Comments, the NPU
will be contemporaneously supplied with the same. As was the case with
the instant Comments, the applicant's Response will be disseminated in
the same manner.

What the Comments Say:
First, I haven't read them yet, but I will do so, and will attempt to
post a summary of them here. Second, rather than accept anyone else's
characterization of these Comments (including my own), I would
recommend that everyone review them for themselves. I find that
independent thought and analysis is a vastly underutilized resource.
