Atlanta Regional Commission has completed its Area Plan Review of the Project. New Application to be submitted by applicant today.

The Atlanta Regional Commission ("ARC") has completed its Area Plan
Review ("APR") the initial review of the original application. This
is the plan that was already rejected by the City of Atlanta.
Therefore, while it is somewhat instructive of ARC's views, it has
very little actual relevance, given the fact that the plan the
reviewed has been rejected.

The applicant informed me that she intended to submit a new plan to
the City today. My expectation is that ARC will conduct an APR of the
new plan as well.

As soon as the new plan is made available, it will be posted in all of
the regular places.
