The applicant has submitted its Second Revised (the third actual distinction application).

NPU-W is very troubled by the the fact that rather than submitting a new application, which this clearly is since the two previous applications were rejected by the City of Atlanta.

NPU-W has written a letter to the City requesting that it confirm that the City will not process the application as submitted, but rather will require the applicant to file a new application.

Regardless, NPU-W is preparing a response to the Second Revised Application.
