Hey 7Digital,

I have noticed some preview urls are 404'ing, any idea why? Does this also happen with streaming urls?

Please note I removed my consumer key:

Thanks for the help!

Hi Peter,

Unfortunately we do have some gaps in our preview coverage across our catalogue. Streaming will work however. We'd recommend you catch those (hopefully) rare 404's and handle them in your application however is best for you.

I'll pass this information on to our content team and see if we can get previews available for this release.

Thanks,
Darrell

Hey Darrell,

Ok mate not a problem, thanks for the help.

Also I am trying to get into contact with someone regarding your services in Australia & US but have had no luck so far. Who should I be contacting here?

Thanks again

Hi Peter,

It's probably best to contact sa...@7digital.com for any specific questions regarding catalogue availability, but I can tell you we have CDN points of service in both Australia and US, so content speed is very good in both locations.

Good luck.

This one doesn't work very well either..

I get a "<response status="error" version="1.2">
<error code="9001">
<errorMessage>Unhandled 7digital API server error.</errorMessage>
</error>
</response>"

Thanks!

Hi Martin,

The track ID parameter is passed as a query string parameter

The correct URL is:

Note the ? and there is no / after preview as in your example

best

Matt
