Track search for labels and licensor

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to write a script that will generate a report that shows a track and which labels and licencor they belong to. Is there a way i can get the information by using the track\search method?

Just to clarify my question is there another way of making a query without using artist ID or track ID to find out their label and licencor information

Hi Amir,

you will need to make at least 2 API calls:

1) find out the 7digital ID of release(s) the song you're interested in appears on. You can search tracks by combination of artist name and track title

e.g. http://api.7digital.com/1.2/track/search?q=radiohead+creep&country=GB&oauth_consumer_key=YOUR_KEY_HERE

or alternatively using ISRC code

e,g, http://api.7digital.com/1.2/track/search?q=GBAYE9200070&country=GB&oauth_consumer_key=YOUR_KEY_HERE

2) make a call to release/details endpoint to find out the label and licensor of that release(s)

e.g. http://api.7digital.com/1.2/release/details?releaseId=404997&country=GB&oauth_consumer_key=YOUR_KEY_HERE
