Illigal Federation

Dear 7PD Federation and All wing MC members, 

In October 2023, the 7PD Federation was formed on questionable grounds with incomplete and improper documentation. Despite this, it took charge of the 7PD Federation's affairs and finances.

From October 2023 to September 2024, it functioned without a valid elected body. From October 2024 until today, it continues to operate without obtaining the required approvals from residents, Management Committees, or the DDR.

Over the last three years, I have sent several emails raising these and many other concerns. However, not a single email has been acknowledged or answered.

Why?

Please provide a clear response and remove any doubts regarding the legality and authority of this Federation.

Dear Wing MCs,

Who authorized you to transfer residents' money to such a committee? Before handing over residents' funds, did you verify the committee's legal status, authority, and authenticity?

Residents deserve transparency, accountability, and answers.
