Dear Anuj,

I have sent several emails to you highlighting what I believe are serious irregularities and questionable practices being carried out by the Federation. I have also repeatedly expressed my concern about the repercussions for B-Wing if we continue to associate ourselves with or support such actions.

Based on our discussions, you assured me that B-Wing would immediately withdraw its representation and cooperation from the Federation. Subsequently, you also communicated this position to all B-Wing members.

However, it has now come to our notice that B-Wing Federation representatives attended todays Federation meeting and participated in the proceedings by giving their approvals on several agenda items. In contrast, representatives from C, F, and G Wings, who had already vacated their Federation positions, remained absent from the meeting.

This raises a very important question: If a decision had already been taken not to cooperate with what many residents consider an illegal and improperly functioning Federation, then on what authority and for what purpose did our representatives attend the meeting and approve agenda items?

I trusted your assurances and accepted them in good faith. Therefore, I am disappointed to see actions that appear to be completely inconsistent with the position communicated to residents.

I request you to kindly respond to all my official emails and clearly explain the B-Wing MC's stand on this matter. Specifically, please clarify whether B-Wing continues to support, participate in, or recognize the activities and decisions of the Federation Committee, despite the concerns and objections already raised.

The residents deserve transparency, accountability, and a clear explanation regarding this apparent contradiction between what was communicated and what has actually occurred.

I look forward to your prompt and detailed response.

I would like to raise a very serious concern regarding the legality, transparency, and accountability of the current Federation Committee.

Is it right to continue paying more than Rs. 25 lakh per year of residents’ money to the Federation without verifying whether the present committee is legally authorized to function?

For a long time, I have continuously followed up and requested transparency, clarification, financial details, and supporting documents from the Federation. However, no proper response, approval document, accountability, or clarity has been provided till date.

Even more unfortunate is that despite several requests from me and many residents regarding important society health, safety, and operational issues, the Federation leadership is maintaining complete silence and avoiding discussion on critical matters affecting residents.

As per available information, the Federation had only sent a request/acknowledgement letter to DRDO in January 2026 regarding extension, (Copy is attached) but no official approval or authorization letter for continuation has been shared with residents till today.

If any valid approval, extension order, or legal authorization document exists, I sincerely request the Federation or any committee member to immediately share it publicly for transparency and residents’ confidence.

I also request the B Wing Management Committee to officially ask the Federation for:
• Legal authorization and approval documents
• Financial transparency and accountability
• Proper account/details of monthly payments sent by our society to the Federation

After receiving the same, kindly share the information with all residents for complete transparency.

Otherwise, continuing payments to an unauthorized committee may create serious legal and financial complications for all societies and committee members in future.

Therefore, my humble suggestion is to immediately stop further payments to the Federation until proper authorization and supporting legal documents are verified and shared with all residents.

I am attaching the acknowledgement copy sent to DRDO by the Federation for everyone’s reference.

This is not a threat or personal attack. It is a sincere effort to protect residents’ interests, maintain transparency, and avoid future complications for all of us.
