Dear Sagar Sir and Jay Sir,
Greetings from the Society Committee.
We would like to bring to your attention a matter of serious concern observed at area adjacent to the exit gate of our project. It has come to our notice that there appears to be a possible encroachment and/or deviation from the originally planned layout by
the neighboring builder, “G.K. Associates,” in the vicinity of the exit gate area.
Due to the current situation, the entrance and exit access to our building have become significantly narrower, causing inconvenience to residents on a daily basis. The restricted movement space is creating difficulties for vehicular access, smooth traffic flow,
and resident movement within the premises. Furthermore, from a safety and emergency management perspective, the entry and exit gates must maintain adequate width for emergency vehicles, fire safety access, and overall security compliance.
In addition, the present structure and layout appear to have adversely affected the overall frontage and aesthetic appearance of our building project. Several residents have also expressed concern that the current site condition does not appear to align with
the originally represented project planning and design.
Considering the seriousness of this matter, we request that you kindly undertake the following actions at the earliest:
1. Conduct a detailed verification of the concerned area with reference to the approved layout and sanctioned plans.
2. Arrange for an inspection by your structural engineer, architect, and design team to assess the present site condition.
3. Provide the society with a formal written clarification on whether any encroachment or unauthorized deviation has taken place in the said area.
4. If any irregularity or encroachment is identified, kindly initiate appropriate corrective measures at the earliest.
5. Ensure that the residents’ safety, accessibility, and convenience are not compromised in any manner.
This issue is not limited only to aesthetics but is directly related to resident safety, emergency access, ease of movement, and adherence to the originally approved project layout. Hence, we request your immediate attention and a detailed clarification on
this matter at the earliest possible opportunity.
We sincerely hope that the matter will be investigated thoroughly and resolved amicably in the interest of all concerned stakeholders. However, if required, the society may be compelled to take further appropriate steps to safeguard the interests and safety
of the residents.
We look forward to your prompt response and necessary action.
Thank & Regards,
