The above meeting was held on December 1, 2019, Sunday 2:00 to 4:05 PM successfully at Fu San Restaurant, KokKine Junction, Yangon.

Highlights of the meeting

Car Parking: Available in front of the HRD building.
Vinyl: Viewed a large one to be used for the dinner event. Ordered two smaller ones for the SPZP event.
PA System: Myo Swe’s Friends Electronic team will install in HRD hall.
Lunch Menu: Made a few adjustments upon teachers’ requests.
Kyi Kyi Win and the team will have a meeting with HRD personnel on Tuesday, Dec. 3 to make sure on the backdrop, stage, table layout, and all other preparations.
Snacks and drinks will be prepared for teachers on their arrival.

Fortieth Anniversary (Ruby Jubilee) commemorative T-shirts have been ordered. Members could buy at the cost price of K 4,000 each.
Acknowledged with pleasure for receiving K 3,880,000 for SPZP fund and K 40,000 for Health Care fund during today's meeting.
Issued K 1,500,000 to Fu San manager as a cash advance.
