75th Veterans, Relatives and Friends,

Once again, I plead with you all to search your cedar chests, attics,
and closets for those long forgotten WWII era photos. While the
National Archives has a marvelous collection of WWII photos, those of
the 75th Infantry Division are scarce. There are two or three in the
National Archives, of the 75th, that are routinely used by many book
publishers and websites but, on the whole, the 75th is not very well
represented.

I know that there must be many, many photos out there but they are
unknown to the world and will remain so unless YOU take action.
Please, take a look at your collections and make the effort to upload
those photos here. I can do this for you if you would send me a CD
containing the photos but it is really easy to do on here from your CD
or a computer.

Time is running out. I know, because my own dad's photos are rotting
away. The best decision I made regarding them was to digitize them
and upload them for safekeeping and so that generations to come will
be able to see them.
