That's funny.  I did some consulting work for Atlassian building their BitBucket -> JIRA and GitHub -> JIRA plugins and their tech writer asked for screenshots so I sent him some from my dev system. There is a little demo video of it that they did as well.

That is cool! So Michael, what have you been working on lately? Anything share'able at the next meetup. Do you even have time to come out?

Ken,

Google hid who you were speaking to Ken under the fold... I thought
you were speaking to me at first.

I recently open sourced my work for day job here and here:

http://pypi.python.org/pypi/Intellect/1.4
http://github.com/nemonik/Intellect

I'll be speaking on the subject at:

http://rulesfest.org/html/abstracts.html#DomainSpecificLanguageAndRulesEngineImplementedInPython

It is Python work, though...

I think Ken was actually talking to me, but after checking out your Intellect project on Github (and maybe this is just because I read Daniel Suarez's Daemon a while back) I think you'd probably do the more interesting presentation as the description sounds terrifying - "expressing policies to orchestrate and control a dynamic network defense cyber-security platform ".

The stuff for Atlassian was cool, but Java (not ruby) work.

The only thing I could think to present on would be a FB app I've been doing if anybody is interested.

Wow, totally botched with the ambiguity, I actually was thinking @mbuckbee but @nemonik, your talk is seriously impressive. I asked @mbuckbee because that screenshot had blueprint.css in it. I myself have been working on a gem called less-rails which acts like sass-rails, even got another mention on Ruby5 too.

I could go on if asked about how Rails Engines and Railties work and I'd love to see both of y'all just make it out again. I changed the next meetup to a Start Norfolk'ish hackfest meetup.
