Coffee and Donuts being served.   10:15AM Motorcycle Escort of Former POW's to City Hall departs US VETS Midtown Terrace.   10:30AM Motorcycle Escort of former POW's Arrives City Hall for Ceremony.   Those needing a ride to the Ceremony can meet at VFW Post 8930 for a free bus ride to Houston City Hall. Coffee and Donuts being served. Bus will depart at 10:00AM.   Following the Ceremony a reception will be held at Powell Memorial VFW Post 8930, 7327 Texarkana St. Houston, Texas.   Plan on arriving early, Program will begin promptly at 11:00AM. Please bring as many people as you would like and your Post Colors and Banners.
