Responsible for implementing, monitoring, supporting and maintaining business applications servers and infrastructure systems. Senior level knowledge of server virtualization technology (Citrix Xenapp XenDesktop, Vmware vSphere 4), network protocols, Windows Server 2003/2008, Exchange 2007/2010, AD, and system monitoring (eHealth, etc.).

The candidate must be able to work independently on medium level complex projects and by working closely with an infrastructure consultant they would be capable of completing major complex projects. Self sufficiency with excellent communication skills is required. A passion for technology and learning, strong interpersonal skills and the desire to continuously improve our systems and processes are key traits for this role.

1 Windows Administration (Windows 2003, 2008)) Advanced

1 Virtualization solutions (VMware, Citrix) Advanced

1 Networking and Data Communications Proficient

1 Messaging technologies Proficient

1 Web Servers (IIS) Proficient

1 Hardware (x86) Proficient

• 3+ years Windows server experience at a senior level

• 3 + years of Messaging experience at a intermediate level (MS Exchange 2003/2007/2010, mail filtering and management)

• 3+ years Citrix (XenApp and XenDesktop) experience at a senior level

• 3+ years of VMware experience at a senior level

• 5+ years of hardware experience at an intermediate level (sizing, capacity planning)

• Experience in managing small infrastructure projects

• Excellent report and documentation writing skills

• Practical experience managing network software and hardware devices

• Excellent troubleshooting skills

• Very good presentation skills (5-10 people)

• Relevant professional certifications/designations preferred
