React Architect experience is a must

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in delivering award-winning interactive experiences to our clients with your fast paced, quick thinking, and dynamic attitude

• Create innovative technology focused ideas throughout your involvement in the conceptual phase of projects

• Architect solutions using industry standard methodologies

• Lead a team-driven development approach including communicating effectively with globally distributed teams

• Create strategy roadmaps for development in line with key business objectives and goals

• Ensure development processes are highly efficient and take responsibility for the quality of all the team outputs

• Be on the forefront of interactive technologies

• Involvement with community initiatives, forums, and thought leadership

• Provide thought leadership to the team around new approaches and workflows and technologies

• Provide thought leadership to the business around innovative technology lead solutions

• Facilitate the career growth of team members and manage a team-focused environment

• Build on existing relationships with clients and realize new opportunities which show value

• Identify new opportunities for Publicis Sapient and help to drive and build these business relationships

• Provide resourcing insights for projects of all types

• Coordinate with Architects to ensure the successful integration of front and back- end technologies

Your Skills & Experience:

• Extensive industry experience

• Expert knowledge of front-end development technologies, with several areas of specialty

• In-depth knowledge and development experience with JavaScript

• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React or Backbone with Angular highly preferred

• Solid experience with web standards, SEO, and accessibility

• Management of project lifecycles from business development to final delivery

• Experience working with CMS, portal technologies, and backend frameworks (Java, .NET)

• Current portfolio or active GitHub account

• Organizational and estimation skills
