Job Responsibilities:
• Management and support of CMOD environment
• Resolving conflicting requests and meeting changing requirements
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
• Conduct research and analysis; make recommendations.
• Mentor/trainer and provide guidance and assistance to team members.
• Develop and maintain solution documentation.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business goals.
• Applying innovative approaches to solve technical design issues.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in IBM CMOD and strong understanding of CMOD components
• 3+ years’ Experience in ITIL framework and processes – incident, problem and change management.
• Configure, Maintain and Support CMOD reports processing.
• Experience troubleshooting CMOD issues related to indexing, ingestion, retrieval etc.
• Basic understanding of Operating System (Linux, / HP Unix/ IBM AIX, Windows)
• Knowledge of middleware, APIs, DB(db2, oracle) & storage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
