Required: 1- 5 years of experience in IT Bench Sales Recruiter.
Positions: 5 No’s

Location: Miyapur X roads (beside bliss bakers), Hyderabad

Job description

Candidate will be responsible for handling the full cycle of bench sales recruitment. i.e from sourcing job requirements from prime vendors, vendors, clients to submitting the bench consultants, negotiating the best rates, following up on interview schedules & placing the consultants at best deals
Regular interaction and follow-up with bench consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly
Candidate has to maintain good Database & rapport with tire1 vendors,vendors, and clients
Job Portal searches like dice, monster, career builder, tech fetch, indeed, linkedIn, etc and also other networking methods
The candidate has to working on OPT/CPT, H1B, EAD, Green Card & US citizens
He/she will be responsible for H1 transfers
Negotiating the best Rates, Following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants at best deals
Regular interaction and Follow-up with Bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them in to projects accordingly
Must Have experience working with prime vendors

Required Candidate profile

The candidate should have ability to do H1 Transfers
Must have excellent communication skills (Both Oral & Written)
Must be willing to work in Night Shifts
Must be a good team player and result driven
Should have 2+ Years of Proven Experience in Bench sales in the US IT Staffing and Consulting Industry.
Must have good understanding of Recruiting IT Professionals for US Companies.
Well Versed with Marketing Bench Consultants
