Joint ANC6C/6A taskforce

Hi all,

I have spoken with a few ANC6A commissioners about elevating this
taskforce to an official Joint ANC6A/6C taskforce. At this point
ANC6A would support such a citizen task force.

What will be needed before our May meeting, is a formal proposal from
the group stating:

1) the purpose and goals of the group
2) strategy
3) financial support (i.e. mailbox rental, stamps, envelopes)
4) committee members - leadership to be decided by the committee
5) expected time of operation? - I would propose 1 year, allowing for
reauthorizations
