All original besides the HED Belgium rims and 650Bx47 Sawtooth tires. The rims are HED Belgium 28h built with DT Swiss double butted 2/1.8/2 spokes, DT Swiss brass 2/12mm nipples on the original hubs. I still have the original 700c rims/spokes/nipples if you are inclined to swap it back. Not pictured but, I also have the matching tool pouch which was made by Swift Industries specifically for this bike. The chain stays are stainless steel to relieve weight and prevent rust from rock dings, The rest of the frame is Cr-Mo. 800ish miles on the frame and components, besides the wheels (including tires), which have probably 150 miles on them.

The bike in 650b mode has also worked really well with fenders as shown in two of the photos but, the bike does not come with them. The front bag is not included either.

Not in the market, though this has me a-drooling, but thought I should mention these are HED Belgium+ rims, so the newest/most-recent, wider version, o25mm/i21mm. Previous version was dubbed C2, not +/Plus, and was o23/i19.

Way cool machine----GLWS!

Must have accidentally deleted the size from the title.

The bike is a 56cm frame.
