Are you building a front or rear wheel?  I ask because I may have a lightly used velocity quill standard rear with 130 spacing I may sell.

No. I am not currently building a front nor a rear wheel at this time. I am merely sharing a web link as a suggestion for you to your post inquiry. 

I am good with my two wheelsets, one on my bike and my spare.
