Nice wheels I got for a 650B conversion that didn't materialize for me. I got them new, put a freewheel on, rode the bike up and down the street, and that was it. (The bike I was going to use wasn't the best 650B candidate.)

Include similarly new Pacenti Pari-Moto tires (38mm) with tubes. And quick-releases.

(Inquire within about long-reach brakes if you need any for a conversion.)
